Custom Service Crane's aluminum trailer cranes present new alternatives to the standard truck cranes. A CDL is not required and it does not tie up and expensive vehicle on site. The lightweight machine is the ideal crane for tight spaces. Due to the variable support system, it can easily be moved and erected so the operator can always work with the optimal operation range. With operation exceeding 95 feet, and payload capacity over 3,300 pounds, this versatile 7700 pound trailer crane is an alternative to larger expensive cranes solutions. Once on site the optional self-propelled drive unit enables on site positioning and handling without a towing vehicle. The high-performance, easily maintained 20 hp Honda gas engine enables maximum turning, telescoping and hook speeds with less fuel consumption and minimum maintenance efforts. The AHK 30/1400 is remotely controlled with our modern remote radio control unit, ensuring supreme comfort and efficiency as well as providing maximum safety. The PLC system monitors the position of each support and automatically calculates the swivel range. As a result, overturning of the machine is almost impossible. The self-propelling drive unit allows additional convenience as it simplifies the positioning of the crane significantly whereas the wireless remote control ensures easy operations as well as efficient and exact handling. With the aluminum auto mechanical self dumping bucket, bulk material can easily be lifted to the desired position and unloaded without the need of additional personnel.
